The Office of Community Engagement offers training for individuals and groups who are interested in learning how , the University's online volunteer recruitment and management tool, can help you become a more committed neighbor.

  • Learn how to become a fan of “Agencies” so that you won't miss “Needs”, or volunteer opportunities, when they're posted
  • Become an expert in tracking volunteer hours for yourself or your group
  • See how your “Volunteer Resume” will look and how you can use it
  • Sign your student organization, office, or department up to be an "Agency" so that you can post “Needs”
  • Learn how the “User Groups” feature can help you track the service hours of students or team members in your organization, class, major, office, or department
  • Find out how to send emails to the members of your organization/team to tell them about “Needs”
